Double Frog Pull Toy

Two frogs run and prance side by side. Which one will jump higher? The frogs canter one after the other. When one goes up, the second goes down. Together they have six wheels located non-centrally, which means that they don’t turn regularly. To make the frogs move pull on the string which acts as a rein.
